Dormo collects account details, role information, dorm listings, room data, applications, lease records, tour bookings, bills, payment references, support concerns, and messages needed to operate the platform.

We also process technical information such as session data, device/browser details, and security logs to keep accounts protected and the service reliable.

Information is used to authenticate users, show available rooms, process applications, schedule tours, manage leases, issue bills, handle payment status updates, send notifications, and respond to support concerns.

Owner subscription and platform revenue information is used for billing, plan-limit enforcement, reporting, and administrative review.

Dormo uses payment providers such as PayMongo for payment checkout and webhook status updates. Dormo does not store full card numbers or bank credentials.

Access to administrative data is limited by user role and server-side authorization checks. Records are kept for as long as needed to support housing, billing, legal, security, and audit requirements.
